First Post

Hi I'm Kevin Kilduff. I love to cook and I love to go camping. In fact I learned how to cook through camping when I was a Boy Scout, and then I got a job as a cook in a seasonal restaurant on the Jersey Shore. I'm currently a college student trying to figure out what I want to do for the rest of my life, and I have found cooking to be a way for me to relieve a lot of the stress of college life.  The idea for this blog started as a project I took up in my spare time to compile all of my camping recipes so that the Scouts in my old troop would have a place to find recipes when making menus for their trips. Then I decided why not share my knowledge of the foods I love so much with everyone, and now it has become this blog, and a cookbook I have in the works. So that's my story hope you like my blog.
