Complete Protein Sources for Backpacking

I've been doing a lot of research about backpacking nutrition lately, because I'm planning on doing a thru-hike of the AT after I graduate. So here are some examples of complete protein sources for your next outing. 
 
Mac n Cheese
Cheese and Crackers
Pasta with Cheese
Milk and Cereal
Rice and Beans
Bean Burrito
Peanut Butter Sandwich
Rice and Tofu
GORP with Peanuts and Sunflower Seeds

These examples are based on the nutritional N, which is made up of Dairy, Grains, Legumes, and Seeds in that order. Any two groups connected by the nutritional N together make a complete protein source.
